UNITS OF STUDY
To ensure this course is an appropriate learning opportunity, individuals would need to demonstrate a capacity to undertake study at the Diploma level, this can be demonstrated via the following:
- Candidates must be aged 18 or above
- Successful completion of Year 10 or the equivalent level of study or mature aged entry
- Participate in a Pre-training Review (PTR)
- Undertake a Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) assessment to determine suitability for admission and identify support needs
- Moderate level of computer literacy required
- Evidence of full COVID-19 immunisation with the TGA approved vaccine
Additional requirements upon course commencement / prior to industry work placement:
- A National Police Check (NPC)
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Vaccinations which can include COVID, hepatitis A and B, and influenza
- Any additional evidence your work placement provider requires

- Minimum English level of IELTS 6.0* or equivalent. Candidates originating from student visa assessment levels 1 and 2 without the required IELTS score can undertake Language, Literacy and Numeracy Indicator Test. - Applicants must also be aged 18 or above
